1. For Safety Net

• 90gr/m2 PE,120gr/m2 PE (polyethylene) or even heavier PE

2. For Net Pole Cover

• Normal: only EPE foam with 10mm thickness,
• Premium: PE sleeve with 10mm EPE foam inside,
• Top-quality: PVC sleeve with 10mm EPE foam inside,

3. For Frame Tube / Leg Tube / Net Pole
All the frame tube, leg tube or even net pole's material can be customized to galvanized tube or powder coated tube.
★ Frame Tube:

• Diameter: Ø 35mm, Ø 38mm, Ø 42mm, Ø 48mm, Ø 50mm, or even thicker;
• Thickness: 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.35mm,1.5mm,2.0mm or even thicker;
• Qty: 6pcs, 8pcs, 10pcs, 12pcs or more;

★ Leg Tube:

• Diameter: Ø 34mm, Ø 35mm, Ø 38mm, Ø 42mm, or even thicker;
• Thickness: 1.0mm, 1.2mm 1.5mm,or even thicker;
• Qty: 3pcs, 4pcs, 5pcs, 6pcs or more;

Net Pole Tube:

• Diameter: Ø 25mm, Ø 28mm, Ø 32mm or even thicker;
• Thickness: 1.0mm, 1.2mm or even thicker;

4. Spring Cover Pad
Spring cover's materials are optional:

• Top: 130g PE, 310g PVC, 350g PVC, 550g PVC with waterproof and UV protection properties, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
• Inside: EPE foam, thickness 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, providing users with a soft protective layer.
• Bottom: 130g PE, 310g PVC, 350g PVC,550g PVC for enhanced durability

5. Spring
Even if it is the same size of trampoline, we can match the trampoline with different quantities and specifications of springs based on your requirement.

1. Net Pole Foam & Cover
We can customize color of the pole cover according to your market and your brand, such as:
Red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, brown, gray, white, black, etc..

2. Spring Cover Pad
The color of the spring cover pad can be customized according to your market and your brand, such as:
Red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, brown, gray, white, black or even mixed color

3. Zipper
Our standard zippier is red Yellow zipper with red puller. For bulk order, we can customize color of zipper and puller as well, such as:
Blue, green, orange, purple, brown, gray, white, black, etc..

To enhance your brand image, we provide complete packaging, user manual, logo printing, and warning label customization services.

1. Box Packaging
For small orders, we could print your logo and text on our standard 5-layer brown carton.
For bulk orders, we can also change the box's design, or even use thicker package material.

2. User Manual

• Our standard language of user manual is English, but we're happy to change it into multiple languages ​​such as German, French, etc. according to the target market.
• We can also print your logo and your company information on the user manual as well.
• For bulk orders, if you don't like user manual in black & white, colorful user manual can be customized, too.

3. Logo Printing
We can print your logo on the jumping mat and even spring cover pad. The printing size of the logo can be 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, or even 60cm.

4. Warning Label
We usually sewing English warning label on the spring cover pad. The language of warning label can be customized with your local language such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, etc..
